MANILA, Philippines — Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) of the Antonio family is set to expand its premium residential developments portfolio with two new horizontal projects slated for launch next year.
CPG said the two premium residential developments would be developed in Pampanga and in Cavite as part of its strategic diversification efforts.
CPG’s First-Home Residential Developments (PHirst) on the other hand, is on track with its planned launches of six to eight new projects this year, including its first development in Mindanao which is set to be launched in the third quarter.
PHirst makes homeownership more accessible for Filipinos, particularly in emerging provinces and regional hubs that are benefiting from improved infrastructure.
The Century Properties brand, meanwhile, caters to a different demographic by providing higher-end, aspirational homes for discerning buyers.
“As we move forward, CPG remains focused on diversifying its revenue streams within the affordable and premium residential segments supported by commercial leasing and property management, while strategically expanding its market presence across key growth corridors nationwide,” CPG president and CEO Marco Antonio said.
“These initiatives are aligned with our long-term vision of delivering enduring value to our stakeholders and meeting the evolving needs of Filipino families across the country,” Antonio said.
CPG has allocated P12 billion for capital expenditures for 2025, comprising up to P10 billion for PHirst and up to P2 billion for Century’s premium line.
The company sustained its strong performance in the first half, posting a net income after tax of P1.22 billion, up by 14 percent year-on-year.
Consolidated revenues also rose by seven percent to P7.64 billion, with the PHirst segment remaining as the primary revenue growth driver, contributing P5.23 billion.
