MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Metro Manila, Cavite and Laguna will have power interruptions this week because of maintenance works, Meralco said on Sunday.
In Metro Manila, some parts of Poblacion, Caloocan City will have no power on September 24-25 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. because of the replacement of electricity poles along P. Burgos Ave. and P. Zamora St. and line reconductoring work along Rodriguez St.
Affected areas include a portion of Padre Zamora St. from Padre Burgos St. to Caloocan Evangelical Church, Caloocan General Hospital, The Bible Baptist Church of Caloocan, Winfair Enterprises; A. Mabini, Doña Rita Acab and Rodriguez Sts.
Meanwhile, Brgy. Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City will have power interruption on September 25 between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. because of replacement of facilities along 28th St. in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
Affected areas include a portion of 28th St. from 7th Ave. to 5th Ave. including Maybank.
In Las Piñas, some areas in Brgy. Pamplona II, Pamplona III, Talon I, Talon II and Pulanglupa II will have no power on September 25, between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. because of the replacement of electricity facilities and line reconductoring work along J. Aguilar Ave. (CAA Road).
Those that will be affected include a portion of Alabang – Zapote Road from Aria St. to and including SM Hypermarket, Customers Cradle Corp., Shakey’s, Polylite Industrial Corp., Team Six Fuel Distributors Inc., Burger King, Petron Corp. and KFC in Bgys. Pamplona II and III and Talon I and II; A portion of J. Aguilar Ave. (CAA Road) from Alabang – Zapote Road to Emapalico Tricycle Terminal including Empalico Homes; Mercury Drugstore and Mang Inasal in Bgy. Pamplona III and Talon I; and Las Piñas Doctors Hospital along J. Aguilar Ave. (CAA Road) in Bgy. Pulanglupa II.
In Cavite, some areas in Mary Cris Complex Executive Homes Phase 5 Subd., in Bgy. Malagasang II-G in Imus will have no electricity on September 23 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of the installation of new electricity facilities there.
Affected areas are those along Mangga St. from Mary Cris Ave. to Langka, Dalandan, Kasoy and Piña Sts. in Mary Cris Complex Executive Homes Phase 5 Subd., Bgy. Malagasang II-G.
Also, Trece Martires City, Tanza and Gen. Trias City will have a power interruption on September 23 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. because of line reconstruction work along Tanza – Trece Martirez National Road in Bgy. De Ocampo.
Places that will be affected include a portion of Tanza – Trece Martires National Road from Governor’s Drive in Bgy. De Ocampo, Trece Martires City to Dedeng Bukuhan in Bgy. Paradahan 2, Tanza including McDonalds, Luis Y Ferrer West National High School, Trece Martires Public Market and DPWH Cavite 1st District Office; Belvedere Towne 3 and 4 Subds., Woodville Subd., Castillion Homes, Pamayanang Maliksi Phases 2 and 4 Subds. and Kaia Homes in Bgy. Pasong Kawayan 2, Gen. Trias City; Belvedere Towne 1 – 3 Subds., Westwood Place 1 and 2 Subds., Woodside Subd. and Westwood Mansions Phase 2 Subd. in Bgy. Paradahan 1, Tanza; Heritage Homes, Reginaville Subd. and Metrogate Phases 1 and 2 Subds. in Bgy. Gregorio and De Ocampo, Trece Martires City; and a portion of Market Road from Transville Homes to and including Erinville Homes, Grand Krause Ville 1 and 2 Subds., Masaito Homes and Goldcrest Villas Subd. in Bgy. San Agustin.
Next, some places in Brgy. Amaya 1, Mulawin, Julugan 6 and 8 and Daang Amaya 1, 2 and 3 in Tanza, Cavite will have no power on September 25 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of the installation of facilities and line rehabilitation works along Antero Soriano Highway in Bgys. Amaya 1, Julugan 8 and Daang Amaya 2.
Those that will be affected include a portion of Antero Soriano Highway from near Korean Life & Fashion Zone Shop to and including SM City Tanza; Pabahay Sa Mulawin Subd., Sanmara Subd., F & E De Castro Subd., Cabba Subd., Pabahay Sa Amaya Subd., Casa Amaya Subd. Phases 1, 2 and 3, F. E. De Castro Subd., Vista Acacia Homes, Concepcion Solis Fojas Subd., Chateau Ville II Subd., Sta. Cecilia II Subd., Remillanoville Subd., Bayview Subd., Villa Lota Subd., De Roman Subd., Villa Tanza Subd., Banana Island, Del-Vic John Subd., Ila Homes and F & E De Castro Village 3 Phase 1A; Tramo and NIA Roads; Ten. F. Armijo and Dr. P. In Laguna, some areas in Calauan and Nagcarlan will have no electricity on September 24 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. because of line reconstruction works along Calauan – Nagcarlan Road in Bgy. Dayap, Calauan.
Places to be affected include a portion of Calauan – Nagcarlan Road from National Housing Authority Site 2 in Bgy. Dayap, Calauan including Bgy. Balayong, Buenavista, Bunga, Lawaguin, Manaol, Maravilla, Tipacan and Wakat in Nagcarlan.
In Sta. Cruz, Laguna, some areas in Bgy. Bagumbayan and Calios will have no power on September 25-26 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the installation of electricity poles, line reconstruction works and upgrading of electricity facilities along Quezon Ave. and Sta. Cruz Provincial Road in Bgy. Bagumbayan and Calios.
Places that will have no electricity include a portion of Sta. Cruz Provincial Road from Quezon Ave. to Bayside Calios St. including Atdramm Village, Villa Rosa Subd. and Purok San Luis in Bgy. Calios; and a portion of Bayside Calios St. from Sta. Cruz Provincial Road to Lynville Subd. Phases 1, 2 and 3, Minorka Ville Subd. and Sitios 1 – 7 in Bgy. Bagumbayan.
