TAGAYTAY CITY — Newly elected local officials from eight cities and 15 municipalities participated in a three-day refresher course to capacitate themselves for more effective and transformative governance.
The refresher course dubbed “Newly Elected Officials (NEO) Performing Leadership for Uplifting Service (PLUS) Program Transformative Leadership for Elevated Governance: Refresher Course for Re-elected Officials in the Province of Cavite” was conducted at Hotel Casiana and Event Center along Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway in Barangay Kaybagal South here from Aug. 18-20, 2025.
