SILANG, Cavite — Incumbent Mayor Ted Carranza was sworn in as mayor here on Thursday before Associate Justice Luis Acosta of The Court of Appeals.
There were confusions among residents, however, during the oath-taking ceremony, especially since two mayoral candidates both took their oath.
