Five people were killed when a feud over the use of firecrackers turned into a bloody shootout between two families in Amadeo, Cavite, reports reaching Camp Crame Sunday said.
The report sent by the Cavite Provincial Police Office said that the encounter was triggered when one Alvin Mendoza shot his neighbor, Reynaldo Poniente, around 2:30 p.m. in Barangay Halang.
