CAVITE CITY — The Regada Water Festival — an annual water, environmental and religious festival in Cavite City — formally opened on Saturday, promising to showcase plenty of events that would attract thousands of local and foreign tourists.
Held in honor of the feast of Saint John the Baptist, locally known as San Juan Bautista, every 24th of June, the festival unfolded with a street party along the Julian Felipe Monument.
