THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration raised red rainfall warning at 5 a.m. on Tuesday over the coastal part of Cavite, including Bacoor, Imus, General Trias, Cavite City and the Towns of Kawit, Noveleta, Rosario, Tanza and Naic.
The warning was due to heavy rains caused by a strengthened southwest monsoon and the accompanying high tide.
